Play It Safe with LEON Bet: Your Guide to Responsible Gambling

LEON Bet believes gambling should stay a form of entertainment. If it stops feeling manageable, we want you to slow down, check in with yourself, and use the protections we make available across our services.

How LEON Bet Looks After Your Safety on Our Platform

LEON Bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and raising awareness about gambling addiction and prevention methods. We support that commitment with staff training, player-controlled limits, self-exclusion options, underage access controls, and links to external support organisations.

LEON Bet also encourages you to make informed choices about your play. If gambling may be affecting you, we point you towards a confidential self-assessment quiz and other support options so you can take control early.

When Gambling Stops Feeling Like Entertainment

Problem gambling can affect more than your bankroll. It can influence your mental wellbeing, daily responsibilities, relationships, and physical health. That is why LEON Bet asks you to keep an eye on how gambling fits into your life.

What Responsible Play Means to Us and to You

For us, responsible gambling means keeping gambling where it belongs: as entertainment, not as a way to earn money. LEON Bet encourages you to avoid gambling with money you cannot afford to lose, monitor your time and spending, take regular breaks, and use our account tools when you need extra control.

Signs That Your Gambling May Be Becoming a Problem

If any of the following feel familiar, it may be time to pause and use the support available:

  • You are losing money you cannot afford to lose.
  • You are feeling stress, anxiety, or a low mood linked to gambling.
  • You are trying to recover losses by continuing to gamble.
  • You are neglecting work, family, or personal responsibilities.
  • Your gambling is creating tension in your relationships.
  • Long gambling sessions are affecting your physical wellbeing or leaving you exhausted.

Limits You Can Set Yourself

You can manage key controls from within your account profile. Our policy specifically covers deposit limits and wagering limits.

Managing Your Deposits

You can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits in your account profile. You can also decrease those limits at any time, and the change is applied once you click Apply on the Manage deposit limits page. The default value after registration is none.

Managing Your Wagering Activity

You can set daily, weekly, and monthly wagering limits through your account profile. LEON Bet defines wagering limits as the total amount wagered over a given period. You can decrease these limits at any time, and the default value is none.

Taking Space from Gambling and Self-Excluding

If you need a break, LEON Bet provides a self-exclusion facility through the Manage Deposit Limits page. If you set your deposit limit to 0 for six months, that operates as temporary self-exclusion and cannot be lifted before the six-month period ends. If you set the deposit limit to 0 indefinitely, that becomes permanent self-exclusion and bars you from gambling on our website.

You can also request self-exclusion by sending written notice to our support team. Once deposit or wagering limits are in effect, you may not request their removal before the end of the selected period.

Closing Your Account If You Need to Stop

You may close your account at any time by sending us a written request via email. Before closure, the account will be cleared in line with our standard withdrawal policy.

Keeping Minors Away from Gambling

LEON Bet does not allow underage gambling. Gambling under the age of 18 is illegal, opening an account as a minor is prohibited, and LEON Bet carry out routine identity checks for age verification. If anyone under 18 is found using our site, the account will be locked and the balance forfeited.

To help protect minors, LEON Bet encourage parents and guardians to:

  • Visit the Family Online Safety Institute for guidance on preventing access to gambling websites.
  • Use parental control software such as Net Nanny.
  • Use parental control software such as Cyber Patrol.
  • Monitor internet and device access in the home.
